Who We Are
White Sign Company is more than just a sign company. We are a small local business who provides colossal nationwide results. We will make your vision a reality. From signs, canopies, and awnings to Bahama shutters, canopies, sunshades and custom architectural aluminum components, White Sign Company and the WSC Architectural division will take care of everything. We have been creating custom products for our clients throughout the United States, right here in Central Florida, for over a decade.
- All of our manufacturing is done on site in our warehouses right here in central Florida. We don't outsource our products. This ensures our clients get the best product without all the mark-ups.

The 50% deposit required for non-contract projects is your commitment to the project. Our talented artists, permit expediters, and office staff all begin work on your project once the deposit is received. While you don’t have anything tangible to show until the end, please know we are working behind the scenes to ensure that you love the results!
Permitting takes approximately 4-6 weeks. Manufacturing begins once permit is received.
Sign cost is calculated using a number of variables. Square footage, location of sign, and customization are a few items that will affect the cost of your sign. Request a free estimate by emailing [email protected]
For most sign projects a permit is required.
Awnings are steeply sloped with no water control. They are often used for decorative purposes and sun repellent. Canopies are horizontal and have water control. Canopies should be used wherever you need cover from the elements.
After permit is approved or we receive design approval it is approximately 6-8 weeks for fabrication. Custom projects take time. You’ll be glad you waited!
White Sign Company has a specialty sign license. We are authorized by the State of Florida to permit signs.
All municipalities within the State of Florida require signed & sealed engineer drawings with permit application submissions. A copy change permit does not require engineer drawings.
Approve estimate. Provide 50% deposit. Receive proof from our art department via email for approval. Approve proof. Once proof is approved, the project will be sent to permitting to apply for permits. If a permit isn’t required, the project will head to fabrication. If your project contains architectural features (canopies, sunshades, shutters) the site must be field verified prior to fabrication (this will ensure your project fits exactly like it’s suppose to). On average the entire process takes 60-90 days depending on the details. Customization, the speed of the municipality (for permits), paint/powder color, speed of approvals (numerous changes at the design stage will add time to your project), are some of the factors that affect the time it takes to create your project.
